Who we are
Nick Kalogeropoulos, Managing Director
Nick Kalogeropoulos is a veteran sales executive with more than 20 years’ experience building and growing sales teams from the ground up. Nick knows firsthand how to build and scale sales organizations for companies of all sizes—including healthcare startups.
His prior experience includes well-known retail brand Wayfair, the largest online furniture retailer with annual sales exceeding $9 billion, where he served as head of B2B sales and customer success. He was also director of sales and customer care at 1800Mattress, where he devised and launched an inbound/outbound sales and service call center to service franchise markets with a staff of 40 agents.
Nick’s philosophy is hiring and training a dedicated and energetic staff and building a work environment with a balance of work and fun all focused on meeting and exceeding company performance expectations.
Jon Stock, Board Member
Jon Stock is a highly qualified and seasoned business strategy and B2B marketing executive with a successful 20-year track record in growing start-ups into profitable companies and turning failing organizations into profitable operations that have been acquired by larger organizations.
In his career, which includes high-profile roles as a chief executive officer, chief marketing officer, and strategic business/marketing consultant, Jon has turned around three failing organizations, two of which were acquired. Jon is a hands-on business leader that excels at identifying the changes that need to be made through financial analysis, innovative B2B marketing strategies, developing a transformation strategy, and working with the leadership team to implement, track and measure the changes.
Jon’s specializes in markets ranging from healthcare and life sciences to legal, human resources, benefits, and finance. His hands-on leadership and consulting transform insight into action that supports sustainable growth for companies of all sizes.
